I EXPERIMENT WITH GRIDS, COLOUR AND… DAISIES! 

My name is Jackie, I'm a Portsmouth-based graphic designer and creative. My art moniker is 'PlumsPix', maybe you are wondering, "Why PlumsPix?' … well… my nickname is Plum!

I particularly love creating art involving elements of grids (thats the graphic designer in me!), using bright colours and developing my Happy Day-see daisies.

Contemporary daisy art by PlumsPix

Happy Day-see is the title of a series of my contemporary, graphic styled, daisy art prints and acrylic paintings, designed to inspire optimism, hope and a big dollop of 'street-art attitude'. I digitally redraw photographs I've taken and add extra graphic touches, involving many layers and textures. My limited edition art prints are signed and hand-embellished, often using metallic foils.

I can scale-up my Happy Day-see art to ANY SIZE, and would look fantastic in public spaces, at outdoor events or shows.

I did my first Portsmouth LookUp Street Art Festival Happy Day-see paste-ups in 2024 and hope to upscale in 2025!
